Experience: 6-8 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Taking care of a set of assigned Key accounts and ensuring proper engagement and relationship management to ensure maximize share of wallet and retention of customer.
• Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company’s share of wallet.
• Management of customer support to ensure delivery against the customer’s Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Initiate the customer engagement process to facilitate payment collection as per the Contract defined.
• Bridge any gaps between Operations / Finance along with the customer so that payment collection is done smoothly.
• Responsible for renewal of Contracts as and when it is due with enhanced profitable pricing structure.
