Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and by striking new relationships as well as through nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Responsible to deliver target revenues with an expected level of gross margin.
  • Continuously scan the market for emerging and current opportunities
  • Analyze customer feedback, gather intelligence on business and competition, create and present compelling case for the customer to buy Steller’s warehousing solution.
  • Work along with the Solution Design team to customize client requirements and optimize deliverables.
  • Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will enhance customer experience and company’s profitable growth.
  • Must understand the decision-making process in the client organization and target influencers and decision-makers, build deeper relations with them and interact with them to explain our value proposition.
  • Build a Win plan and account plan.
  • Maintain discipline in updating CRM & Sales pipeline.
